Zoë Bloomfield (Sub)

Zoë completed her 200-hour teaching training with Yoga on the Vine - Yoga San Kalpa School on Martha's Vineyard in 2021. Her dad introduced her to yoga when she was in high school and she has been practicing ever since! In her classes, Zoë provides a welcoming space where students can challenge and connect with themselves.

Dijana Comenzo

Dijana completed her 200YTT in August of 2022 in Florence, Italy with Destination yoga, and is now a 500 RYT, with 300 YTT finished last year in Bali with All Yoga Training. She allows her students to show up on their mat and let go of any expectations. Making sure not to lose the continuous connection of the body, mind and breath, she allows you to explore your practice with a continuous push into the unknown.

Mandy CovinoMandy completed her 200 hr YTT in 2019 with Health Yoga Life. She has found confidence and joy in her journey and hopes to provide students with the same. Mandy likes to give students a good balance between effort and surrender. Samantha Cronin


Samantha received her 200 hour yoga teaching certificate through the 2018 Marianne Wells Yoga program in Costa Rica. Samantha utilizes guided imagery, breathing and other forms of groundwork throughout her classes.

Dana DimodicaDana found yoga in the summer of 2014 and fell into a dedicated practice. Following that time, she completed her 200-hr YTT at Lexington Power Yoga. Since then, she has taught at Corepower Yoga in Boston. Come to her class for the mindful and athletic flows.

Patrick Fullem

Patrick completed his 200 hour YTT in 2021 at Shanti Garudasana. He aims to make his classes both accessible and challenging, offering variations throughout class to individualize your practice. His classes are energetic and are always intended to provide a fun and safe space.

Danielle Fleury (Sub)

Danielle received her 200-hour Yoga Teaching Certification from Health Yoga Life in 2018. As a Vinyasa teacher, she strives to help students lead happy and healthy lives through the mind-body connection. To Danielle, a successful class means students leave with a smile on their face, sweat on their brow, and a lightness in their soul.

Lexi Galvin

Lexi completed her 200-hour training at The Energy Barre in Stoneham, MA. She finds joy through movement and has been practicing yoga for over seven years.  Her class is physically challenging, but her primary focus is providing students with an uplifting space to improve their thought process, approach life from a more positive lens, and have fun.

Mackenzie Galvin

Mackenzie is an RYT 200, from The Energy Barre in Stoneham, MA. She offers a challenging and empowering flow that links breath to movement. Beyond the physical benefits that her class offers, she hopes to guide students toward the introspective nature of yoga that allows for the mind and body to fully connect.

Madie Glista

Madie began her yoga journey in 2017 by accident when she discovered a yoga studio while searching for an active way to recover from an injury. She completed her 200-hour training in Park City, Utah, and continued teaching there before relocating to the Boston area. In Madie’s classes, students will have space to explore creative variations of traditional poses, seamlessly connecting breath with movement to quiet your mind. Madie appreciates the beautiful balance of complexity and simplicity in yoga and invites you to join her on the mat. Expect thoughtfully curated, fun, and upbeat playlists that complement each flow.

Rachel Grosklags

Rachel completed her 200hr training through HotHouse Yoga in 2018 and has been teaching vinyasa and power yoga classes ever since. She provides a fun space for students to challenge their limitations, reconnect to their body, breath, mind and heart and possibly learn a few inversions. She’s passionate about empowering students to find joy and gratitude to bring into their everyday lives and communities.

Ben Keilman

Ben completed his 200 hour PYTT at CorePower in 2019. In his class, expect a challenging power vinyasa flow set to music with opportunities for inversion practice and arm balances. Ben believes in the healing power of sweat, getting lost in the moment, and putting your trust in the universe.

London Mercer

London is a full-time fitness instructor in Boston, teaching Yoga Sculpt and Mat Pilates Fusion at a handful of studios across the city. Her fitness journey began in New York, where she completed her CorePower Yoga Sculpt teacher training in 2023. Teaching quickly became her passion, inspiring her to further her education with a Mat Pilates certification from Equinox. She loves creating the perfect playlists for her classes and getting to know her students—seeing familiar faces and meeting incredible people has been the highlight of her teaching experience. She’s currently pursuing her certification at SLT.

Veronica Monteiro

Veronica completed her 200 hour teacher training with b_Inspired. Veronica’s non negotiable of her classes is that yoga is a space to explore: an environment that is safe, inclusive and accessible where her students can opt into a practice that supports them on any given day.

Sharon Montella

Sharon is a RYT 500. She completed her 200-Hour RYT under Gregor Singleton and Claire Este-MacDonald at Baptiste Yoga in 2015 and her 300-Hour YTT with Yoga Renew in 2022. Sharon brings her extensive dance and martial arts backgrounds to her teaching and loves helping students build solid foundations on their mat. In Sharon's class, expect to utilize breath and flow to experience a truly renewing, invigorating, and relaxing practice.

Kelsey MorseKelsey completed her 200hr certification at CorePower Yoga in 2018. The sense of community is what brings her to her mat. In Kelsey's class, you can expect to challenge your body while finding stillness in your mind. Kelsey loves that yoga can help you feel stronger, flexible and grounded, both on and off the mat. Jessica Myers

Jessica completed her 200YTT in December of 2023 through YogaRenew. In her classes, Jessica strives to give her students a powerful and engaging vinyasa practice that builds upon a strong body and mind connection with a focus on supportive alignment. She encourages all of her students to listen to their bodies and to let their breath guide them through their flow.

Shannon O’Toole

Shannon’s journey with yoga began over a decade ago – as an athlete and wellness enthusiast, yoga has given her various ways to reconnect with her mind, body, and breath through different phases of life. Shannon completed her 200 YTT through Open Doors Yoga in 2022. Shannon enjoys creating invigorating sequences to help each student discover the connection between their mind and body.

Melissa Pascuzzo

Melissa completed her 200hr YTT in 2019 with CorePower Yoga. Since then, she has taught both yoga and fitness classes in the Boston community. Melissa's class will provide you with an energetic & powerful flow, allowing you the space to get into your body & mind.

Callie Pappas (Sub)

Calli completed her 200hr YTT in 2016 with Ashram Om Yoga in Mallorca, Spain. Calli’s hope with her classes is to create a space of community and belonging, while inviting you to explore and deepen your practice both physically and mentally. She loves to invite organic movement into her flows as a tool to help her students connect and energize the body and mind.

Shay Pepe

Shay is a dedicated yogi who began her journey in 2018 and now thrives in Boston! Certified with 200 hours by the International Yoga Alliance from Miami Beach's Synergy Yoga Center, Shay specializes in Vinyasa, Power, and Hatha Yoga, and has expanded her expertise with certifications in Yin Yoga and Sound Healing. She integrates meditation and Yoga Nidra into her classes, emphasizing holistic well-being and inclusivity. Shay designs personalized sessions to ensure all students, regardless of ability, benefit from yoga's transformative power, fostering community and joy both on and off the mat.

Kendall Reeder (Sub)

Kendall completed her 200-hour training in 2021 and has been teaching ever since. She focuses on creating an aligned and whole class through empowering sequences and motivating words. She hopes her students create a cohesive mind body connection in her class, and walk out feeling more comfortable within themselves.

Christina Ronzitti (Sub)

Christina completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training in August of 2022 at Feel Better Yoga in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. Her classes are centered on a strong powerful flow that will create a strong body and mind. Christina’s classes are a space meant for trying something new and where self-growth and laughing at yourself is encouraged. Her goal is to offer a safe space for creativity and community.

Craig Rodenstein (Sub)

Craig is an RYT 500, completing both his 200-hour and 300-hour yoga teacher trainings with Down Under School of Yoga. In Craig's class you will breath, move and sweat your way toward a quieter mind and stronger connection to your true essence. He encourages students to meet themselves where they are in each moment and find a balance between effort and acceptance.

Kaileen SannerKaileen is a RYT 500 who has been teaching Vinyasa, Power Vinyasa, Prenatal, Postnatal, Mommy and Me, Meditation and Self Care in Boston since 2007. She has her Balanced Athlete™. Level 1 Certification and is versed in Clinically Informed Restorative yoga.Each class will meet students - whether beginners or advanced practitioners - where they are, encouraging everyone to maintain a steady and joyful connection to themselves.

Level 1 Certification and is versed in Clinically Informed Restorative yoga. Each class will meet students - whether beginners or advanced practitioners - where they are, encouraging everyone to maintain a steady and joyful connection to themselves.

Kathleen Seero (Sub)

Kathleen found yoga later in life, uncovering a newfound energy in her stillness. In her classes, Kathleen’s goal is to share the benefits of understanding our bodies by building strength and calm from within. Kathleen believes the journey of aging should be beautiful and aims to share the benefits of strengthening our bodies and minds as we mature.

Brittani Smith (Sub)Britt completed her 200 hour teacher training in 2016 at Radiant Yoga school.   She went on to continue her training and in 2020 completed Prenatal-1 training at Down Under Yoga.  Britt’s classes are accessible to students of all levels.  Britt loves the feeling of connection that comes from teaching and practicing in a community studio and aims to foster that connection in each of her classes.

Casey Studley

Casey completed her 50 hour YSTT with The Costal Method in 2024. Since then, she has taught at CorePower Yoga in Boston and is so excited to join the Evolve Instructor team, too! Casey cherishes the wonderful community, the ability to be present on the mat and the sweat that goes into her practice and her teaching. Yoga has helped Casey recognize her strength both physically and mentally and works to create an environment where her students can acknowledge their strength, too. In Casey's class, expect an energetic flow where we will move to the beat!

Laura VanParys

Laura completed her 200YTT with All Yoga in Nusa Lembongan, Bali. Join her in creating a safe space to detach from the outside world, focusing on breath-to-movement yoga. Her goal is to leave you feeling refreshed and centered. Let's be kind to your mind together.

Caroline Willson

Caroline completed her 200-HR YTT at the Om Factory in NYC and has been teaching dynamic power vinyasa classes for the past five years, focusing on energy, mindfulness, and pushing beyond comfort zones. Her sessions offer a journey of self-discovery in a welcoming, judgment-free environment. Specializing in yoga for athletes, she integrates her knowledge of kinesiology and anatomy to promote holistic well-being. Caroline is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Physical Therapy and aims to continue to empower students to embrace their inner strength and respect their bodies.

Emma Yagaloff

Emma completed her 200-hour teacher training at Salty Buddha Yoga after experiencing the profound benefits yoga had on her physical and mental well-being. Emma is dedicated to helping students use yoga as a tool to manage stress and listen to their bodies’ needs. Emma is enthusiastic about building a supportive yoga community and is dedicated to helping students elevate their mental well-being with the positive impact of yoga. In her class, expect a playful mix of dynamic flows set to uplifting music and deep relaxation on the mat.

Corin Young (Sub)

Corin is RYT 200 who has been teaching yoga since 2009. She focuses on cultivating calm and peace while building strength and confidence in ways that help you feel more present, no matter where you are. Corin draws on her extensive teacher training, including Baron Baptiste Power Yoga, Live Love Teach and the Yoga Project to create classes where students leave feeling transformed and open to new possibilities, on their mats and in their lives.
