HEATED VINASA FOR ATHLETES: RUNNERS SERIES: [45 min]: A slower, flow-based practice designed to support all runners in pursuit of your most race-day-ready version of you! Each class is based upon a Vinyasa flow, meaning each posture will be initially set up with time to settle in, then strung together using fluid-like breaths to rejuvenate the body & clear the mind. The room is heated between 95-98 degrees and up to 70% humidity. Expect to spend a good amount of time focusing on mindfulness, balance, spinal mobility, and lower body flexibility. Accessible for all, designed for runners! This class will run SUNDAYS 4:30-5:15P for the following dates: 3/23, 3/30, 4/6, 4/13, 4/20.

Each class is based upon a Vinyasa flow, meaning each posture is strung together using fluid-like breaths, and can include inversions, arm balances and core work. The room is heated between 95-98 degrees and up to 70% humidity. Expect to move, sweat, feel completely drained, and vibrantly alive at the end of class! Accessible for all levels.
HEATED SCULPT: [45 min]: An intense and challenging style of yoga designed to layer on in collaboration with our signature Heated Vinyasa. Each 45-min class includes a curated vinyasa flow, coupled with strength training intentionally woven throughout. The room is heated between 95-98 degrees and will not have humidity. Expect to hold yoga postures, flow breath to movement, then grab your weights and layer in upper body, lower body & core movements! This class is taught to the beat of the music and is accessible for all levels.
HEATED VINYASA* RISE & SHINE: [60 min]: A vigorous and challenging morning practice designed to set you up for an energizing day! Each class is based upon a Vinyasa flow, meaning each posture is strung together using fluid-like breaths, and can include inversions, arm balances and core work. The room is heated between 95-98 degrees and up to 70% humidity. Expect to honor the early morning and kick off your day with like minded yogis. Accessible for all levels, designed with early mornings in mind.
HEATED VINYASA* CANDLELIT: [60 min]: A revitalizing and relaxing evening practice curated to close up the outside world, and allow your focus to return back inward. Each class is based upon a Vinyasa flow, meaning each posture is strung together using fluid-like breaths, and can include inversions, arm balances, core work, and restorative postures. The room is heated between 95-98 degrees and up to 70% humidity. Expect to slow your mind down and retreat back into your own heart. Class will be gently lit with candles. In our candlelit variation of Heated Vinyasa, expect to flow and sweat just the same, then leave some space at the end to just be. Accessible for all levels.
GENTLE HEAT SOULFUL FLOW & RESTORE [60 min]: It's time to reset, realign and relax: close out this week, and set the foundation for your next. In this candlelit class, expect to experience slower flows and hold restorative postures for longer durations. The room is gently heated to 80-85 degrees, with no humidity. Come prepared to transform, relax, release and be. Accessible for all levels
FULL MOON SERIES [60 min]: This gently heated monthly series falls in conjunction with each occurrence of the full moon. A restorative practice, these candlelit series are designed to reflect and connect to the completeness of your inner being. Arrive exactly as you are, ready to reflect. Accessible for all levels.
It is recommended that you pre-register online for classes. Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the start of class so you can secure your spot. Late arrivals will not be permitted. If you pre-register and cannot attend, please “early cancel” yourself from the class at least 3-hours prior to the class. If you don’t “early cancel” then you will be deducted for the class. With limited availability, the goal is to prevent students from being denied an opportunity to attend a class in person due to a no-show. .
